What is the Forged System?

The Forged System was formulated using over a decade of hardship as reference.

Men suffer in silence. It's no secret.

One day we received a call from a good friend who's Mother had recently passed.

He was sharing some of the issues he was dealing with, both internal and external.

During the conversation, he mentioned that he used to journal, and that journaling helped him a lot with other hardships.

In that moment, the Forged System was born.

We remembered how writing helped us through our hardships. But sometimes when you write on an empty sheet of paper, it can get overwhelming.

So we started thinking, "what if there was some kind of guided journal that helped organize those thoughts a little better?"

And of course, there are many guided journals out there. So what would make the Forged System so different?

Both of those questions had a similar answer.

The answer lied in self reflection and self awareness.

What have we done to endure our hardships?

What haven't we done?

How can we keep track?

Why are these questions so important?

These questions.. no.. any form of questioning yourself is a powerful tool that has been misinterpreted as an insecurity.

Question yourself, your daily habits, who you are, who the people around you are.

In those questions will be answers that will teach you how to look at yourself differently.

How to hold yourself accountable without it being demeaning.

How to hold other people accountable without it being blame.

And most importantly..

To establish a better line of communication between you, and yourself.

This journal was written with all of these things in mind, and the systems in it are backed by years of experience.

This isn't a self help book about how great someone else is.

This is the work that you need to do in order to account for how great, or not so great, you are.
